Responsibilities

Design and Planning:

• Design and plan the construction of civil and structural systems tailored to oil and gas engineering projects.

Site Assessments and Investigations:

• Conduct site assessments and investigations to evaluate the suitability of locations for oil and gas construction projects.

Drawing and Documentation:

• Create and/or interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation relevant to oil and gas infrastructure.

Material and Method Selection:

• Select and specify appropriate materials and construction methods to meet the unique demands of the oil and gas industry.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations specific to oil and gas projects.

Construction Monitoring:

• Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and standards, with a focus on quality control and safety in the oil and gas field.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of proven experience in civil or structural engineering, with significant experience in the oil and gas industry. Onshore and offshore experience is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software. Experience in interpreting technical drawings and documentation relevant to oil and gas projects is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and codes specific to oil and gas construction projects.
