Civil Engineering Manager

- Experience 10 - 15 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Construction and Site Engineering
Responsibilities
In this exciting role you will:
- Define, own, and continuously improve Group civil engineering standards and specifications in line with internal and external industry standards
- Provide technical governance and approval for civil scope on key Group CapEx projects
- Lead technical discussion related to masterplans and site expandability
- Ensure alignment of civil solutions with site masterplans and long-term asset strategy.
- Review and optimize civil CapEx costs, BoQs, and contractor proposals.
- Embed sustainability, safety, and compliance into civil engineering solutions.
- Act as Group technical authority for structural integrity and risk management
Requirements
You can be successfull in this role if you have
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 10–15+ years industrial or FMCG engineering experience (preferably food and beverage)
- Strong background in large-scale capital projects
- Proven ability to operate in an international matrix organization
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
