    Civil Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are currently recruiting a qualified and Reliable Coren Registered Civil Engineer with 10 years experience to occupy the position of Civil Engineer in our Construction Firm.

    Responsibilites

    • Overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring high standards of road construction and safety are maintained.
    • Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site, concrete drainage construction, culverts, earthworks and asphaltic pavements.
    • Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
    • Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
    • Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
    • Coordinating with contractors, and other project stakeholders.
    • Computer-aided design is added advantage (CAD) software and other resources to design the frameworks of infrastructure systems.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess a COREN Certificate
    • Minimum of 10 years experience
    • Experience in road construction.
