Civil Engineer at BraveICONS Global

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing construction projects across our real estate developments. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure that all building and infrastructure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Job Description 

• Design and develop construction plans, layouts, and specifications in collaboration with architects and project teams.
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to determine project feasibility.
  • Supervise construction works to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues during project execution.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for civil works.
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in civil engineering, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in engineering design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D).
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
