Job Overview:

• Overseeing a Construction Site
• Prepare necessary resources, manage the workers, avoid discrepancies in the budget, and execute the vision of the project accurately.
• Prepare and implement health and safety plan for site workers.
• Prepare and report daily work progress at construction site to management.
• Oversee the structural design of a project
• Ensure that the right materials are used for construction activities.
• Deal with any issues that may arise at the project on a daily basis.
• Resolve all technical issues at construction site.
• Ensure that the required amount of construction material is available at the site to complete different tasks related to the project.
• Draw up schedule for material delivery to site and workers shift.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols.
• Create a positive working environment for all workers on the site.
• Ensure professionals involved in the construction are skilled to accomplish the task at hand
• Ensure contractor follows standards and specification in engineering drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related Field
• Minimum of 5-year experience in Construction, Power or other related industries
• Proven experience working as a civil engineer
