Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute all video shoots, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high-quality content aligned with the company's brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual storytelling that simplifies complex fintech products and concepts.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording devices to capture clear, high-quality footage.
• Conceptualize and storyboard video projects, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and objectives.
• Shoot videos for various platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and events.
• Edit footage and add necessary effects, sound, and color grading to create polished, professional final cuts.
• Work with the design and animation teams to integrate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays into videos when necessary.
• Direct actors, employees, or clients in on-camera roles to ensure natural, authentic performances.
• Stay updated on the latest video production techniques, software, and equipment to ensure we produce innovative, cutting-edge content.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient execution of projects.
• Ensure videos comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
