    Church Administrator / Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Church Administrator will provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight to ensure the effective management of church operations, finances, and resources.
    • The successful candidate will be a skilled administrator, a strong communicator, and a passionate supporter of our church's mission and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily church operations, including office management, scheduling, and communications.
    • Oversee the maintenance and use of church facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and welcoming.
    • Maintain church records, including membership, attendance, and compliance documentation.
    • Develop and manage the church’s annual budget in collaboration with leadership.
    • Oversee financial operations, including tithes, offerings, expenses, and payroll.
    • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various church activities and ministries.
    • Assist in planning and executing church events, services, and community outreach programs.
    • Coordinate logistics for worship services, including technology, seating, and supplies.
    • Act as a point of contact for vendors, contractors, and external partners.
    • Manage church communication channels, including email, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
    • Monitor winning Ways Express program and social media-sponsored paid advert

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7years in an administrative or management role, preferably in a non-profit or faith-based organization.
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with church management systems.
