Flexi MFB is seeking a skilled Chinese Translator to support effective communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams. The role will provide accurate Mandarin–English translation and interpretation across business meetings, documentation, and strategic engagements, ensuring clarity, cultural alignment, and business accuracy in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time verbal interpretation (Mandarin - English) during meetings, calls, and executive engagements
Translate written materials including business documents, contracts, emails, presentations, and reports
Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams in engagements with Chinese partners
Act as a cultural and communication bridge to minimize misunderstandings and improve collaboration
Review and proofread translated content for accuracy, tone, and consistency
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or a related field
3+ years’ experience as a professional Chinese Translator or Interpreter
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of business and professional terminology
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple translation requests
Preferred Qualifications
HSK Level 5 or 6 certification
Experience in fintech, finance, technology, or multinational organizations
