Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and professional Chinese Chef to manage meal preparation and service at our company.
• This role involves preparing high-quality Chinese cuisine for senior management, guests, and special company functions, ensuring taste, hygiene, and presentation meet executive standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily Chinese meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) for executives and office staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pantry areas in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Manage food inventory, storage, and procurement in coordination with the admin or procurement team.
• Customize meals based on dietary restrictions, preferences, or cultural requirements.
• Maintain records of food expenses, consumption, and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Culinary certification or Diploma in Chinese cuisine or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant cooking experience.
• Food handling certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef, preferably in a corporate, private, or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of various Chinese regional cuisines (e.g., Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan).
• Professional attitude with attention to cleanliness, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
