Chief Technology Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is Nigeria\'s top financial intermediary and equipment leasing firm, offers flexible leasing, loan financing, and financial planning.   Due to expansion, they need a CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the technical operations team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for technical infrastructure that align with product development goals and overall business objectives.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of technical operations.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of technical systems and processes.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technical operations.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Drive innovation and enhance technical operations through the application of agile and lean methodologies.
• Address complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Formulate and execute the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s overarching business goals.
• identifying emerging technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on the financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies and solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management in the financial industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
