Chief Slickline Operator at Oiltest Group

Key Tasks

• Follow up SOP procedure of running, pulling mechanical and electronic gauges including proper handling.
• Ensure all company equipment assigned to him is in excellent condition.
• Checking of all equipment prior the daily operations in the field and base.
• Follow up unit maintenance schedule as per plan and guide other operators.
• Carry out inventory of equipment assigned to him and his team on arrival and when going on leave and make sure all are inspected and certified.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are maintained and certified as per
  company and client maintenance system and plan.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented in our operations on daily basis.
• Ensure that all Slickline operations are carried out as per our Quality standard operations procedure.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualification.
• Relevant Offshore Certifications.
• Good Field knowledge/experience of slickline/wireline services.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in same role
• Expert Understanding of Slickline tools and maintenance.
• Certifications in line with position.
• Ability to train and develop junior engineers and technicians.
• Ability to handle routine and preventive maintenance of all operational tools.
• Experience in keeping inventory of parts and materials used for operations.
• Good human relations with the team and client.
