Job Description

• Prestigious Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and manage our security operations.
• As a real estate firm, the safety and security of our properties, clients, and staff are paramount.
• The CSO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security protocols, procedures, and policies to safeguard our assets and people.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures for all company properties.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and risk analyses to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee and manage the security team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies to ensure a rapid and effective response to any security incidents.
• Monitor and manage security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Provide security briefings and updates to management and staff.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other security-related issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to security.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Prepare and submit detailed security reports to management regularly.

Requirements

• OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or any related field.
• Proven experience in managing a security team and developing security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
