Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Security Officer to oversee and implement security strategies to safeguard people, property, and assets. The CSO will ensure a safe environment by developing protocols, supervising staff, and managing security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective security policies and procedures.
• Supervise and train security personnel.
• Monitor and evaluate security operations across the school.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Liaise with law enforcement and external agencies as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a security leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and crisis response.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Background in law enforcement or military is an added advantage.
