Chief Security Officer at Fadac Resources

Our client is a group of companies based in Nigeria. And they are seeking a highly skilled Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, and information.
• Oversee physical security measures, including facilities, access controls, and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in security management.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a security-related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive capacity
• Military background is an added advantage
• Strong rapport with other security agencies
• Strong background in security operations, risk management, and crisis management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
