Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly disciplined Chief Security Officer to lead the hotel's security programme and ensure the safety of guests, employees, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hotel's overall security operation.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Supervise Security Supervisors, Security Officers, CCTV Operators, and screening personnel.
• Maintain 24-hour security coverage across the property.
• Coordinate security for guest areas, VIP suites, parking, rooftop bar, conference hall, and other facilities.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and relevant security agencies.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments.
• Develop emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed security reports.
• Monitor access control and visitor management.
• Ensure security staff maintain professional standards and proper conduct.
• Oversee CCTV and security monitoring systems.
• Conduct regular security briefings and training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in security operations, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in hotel, corporate, commercial, or high-profile security operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, risk management, emergency response, and incident investigation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong integrity, discipline, discretion, and situational awareness.
• Relevant security, military, police, or professional security training is an advantage.
