Chief Security Officer at Artee Group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The CSO will be responsible for the development and implementation of security strategies procedures.

CSO will lead a team of security in the mall and stores, and work closely with other departments to ensure the safety and security of employees, tenants, customers, assets, and data.

• Develop and implementing comprehensive security strategies for the Mall and stores
• Responsible for Day-to-day management of the entire security and safety of the mall and store.
• Gather intelligent information in the mall, store and in the entire state for the benefit of the business.
• Promptly report all faulty electronic security systems to the GCSO.
• Responsible for 70% security management of the Spar store and 30% for the mall stores
• Carry out periodic security vulnerability assessment of mall and store and report findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with the stores manager/owners to decide on priority of the store\\\\\\\'s security needs and correlate with the organization\\\\\\\'s budget outlay.
• Ensure that the needed security staff are always available on ground
• Create and review all security SOP at their various units and follow up implementation
• Conduct regular Patrols randomly within and throughout the sections/departments of the store.
• Make sure constant surveillance of Critical points in respect to Safety & Security of the Store are covered, that is, Fire exits, escape routes are not blocked together with the entrance.
• Daily Tool Box Meeting/Briefing of team to educate, train, re-train team members
• Meeting with Spar store\\\\\\\'s manager/category managers to have conversation as regard to the priorities of the day.
• Responsible for the Security of the cash office.
• Ensure all cashiers are closely monitored to ensure no fraud is perpetrated
• Develop procedures to reduce Wastage, Shrinkage must promptly investigate and report all incidents in the store and mall.
• Ensure all CCTV cameras in the stores and mall are in perfect working condition.
• Ensure all staff are strictly compliance to all department SOP
• Opening and Closing of day Store Procedure must be adhered to strictly.
• Controlling and minimizing shrinkage by ensuring that the right quality supply is received and recorded.
• Liaison with GSF and MDA to get their support when needed.
• Ensure Fire Drills, Fire Management Training Procedures regimen are strictly followed by the team.
• Directly supervise the internal security and external security staff at the store and mall. 
• Responsible for posting and reporting of all security staff at the store
