Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage the security operations of our organization.
• The CSO will be responsible for ensuring the safety of staff, assets, and facilities, as well as developing and implementing robust security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and respond to security threats, incidents, and emergencies.
• Establish access control systems and surveillance monitoring.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
• Train and sensitize employees on security awareness and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Studies, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military background.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, discipline, and ability to work under pressure.
