Chief Sales Officer at Prosell Consulting

Core Responsibilities

• Over-all Sales & Revenue growth of the Conglomerate
• Management of the entire Sales-force
• Supervision of the Sales HoDs
• Oversight of the articulation & execution of Sales strategies & projects
• Management of the Group's Sales Mix strategies
• Identification of new markets & leadership of their entry strategies
• Oversight of Group's Sales Planning & Budgeting
• Management of key Sales partners
• Driving of Sales-force empowerment, discipline & motivation
• Full & seamless cooperation with all support functions
• Attainment of Group's Receivables goals/targets
• Management of overall cost of Sales operation

Job Specification

• Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, etc - possession of an MBA will be a very strong advantage
• Minimum of 15 years Sales Management experience
• Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the electronics industry.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a GM role
• Not less than 45 years of age.
