Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The COO is responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. 
• As a key senior management team member, the COO ensures operational excellence across departments, optimizes processes, and drives scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations of the company (including product, customer service, IT, logistics, and agent management).
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient service delivery and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation, technology, and process re-engineering.
• Monitor performance by analyzing data and metrics.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to the CEO.
• Build a high-performing team and a strong organizational culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in a fast-growing company.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Salary and Benefits
N450,000 Monthly + Driver + PFA + HMO.
