As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. You will drive execution, track progress across key projects, and ensure alignment between leadership vision and operational delivery.
Responsibilities
Translate the CEO’s priorities into clear, executable initiatives and work plans
Track progress against strategic goals, OKRs, and vision plans across teams
Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and trade-offs early and escalate appropriately
Support execution of high-impact strategic and operational projects across the business
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or senior management support roles
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and sound judgmen
