The Position

• We are seeking a dynamic who will support the company leadership by coordinating daily operations, and improving communication between departments.
• This role focuses on ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively, operational processes run smoothly, and leadership priorities are translated into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track key projects and initiatives across departments.
• Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support in streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams.
• Ensure alignment of departmental goals with company objectives.
• Support leadership in monitoring business performance, and operational targets.
• Promote effective collaboration, accountability, and company values across teams.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience (operations, strategy, or executive support).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
