    Chief Master / Mistress

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and administration of the University Staff Primary School, ensuring high-quality education and discipline.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and administer the University Staff School
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of teaching and non- teaching staff
    • Ensure high-quality education and discipline in the school
    • Develop and implement academic policies and programs
    • Liaise with parents, teachers, and the university administration.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field with a minimum of second class lower.
    • Minimum of 15 years teaching experience, with at least 5 years in school administration in a university or equivalent.
    • Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)
    • Strong leadership, management, and communication skills v. Proficiency in ICT.
    • Applicants should not be over sixty (60) years old.

    Conditions of Service

    • The successful candidate will be appointed for a single term of four (4) years and entitled to the benefits and allowances approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Governing Council as the case may be.
