A Principal Lecturer with Ph.D. who has spent at least three years of satisfactory service on that grade plus demonstrable evidence of competence in applied research and scholarship.
In addition to the above, the candidate should have:
A total of ten (10) Conference/Seminar papers read at National/International conferences/seminars.
Ten (10) papers/articles published in reputable journals or article publication acceptance letter of not more than a year.
A standard textbook of not less than ten (10) chapters published not more than 4 years from the time of assessment.
