Our client, a reputable organisation is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results
• Anchors the Budget planning process, controls and periodic review of annual budget in line with actual performance
• Credit control and management
• Conduct risk management
• Overall Treasury control and management
• Allocate resources and manage cash flows
• Conduct profit and cost analyses
• Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
• Projects free cash positions and advise on an optimal use of funds.
• Prepare and be available to defend quarter financial report for the board.
• Manage the preparation of the company's statutory and management account

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and
• Should be ACCA or ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) certified.
• MBA will be an advantage

Managerial Experience

• Fifteen years accounting experience with at least 8 years in supervisory capacity.
• Five years of Corporate Finance experience working with a multinational company will be an advantage.

SKILLS

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate employees
• Must be highly proficient in the use of computer and working knowledge of at least one accounting software
• Must have knowledge of Financial Modeling and extensive use of spreadsheets to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, statements and/or projections.
