ROLE PURPOSE

• Provide Group financial strategy, capital discipline, financial control and decision-quality insight, ensuring every business operates with transparent economics and strong cash discipline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Lead Group financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Own treasury, liquidity, tax, financial control, statutory reporting and audit readiness.
• Build FP&A and finance-business-partnering capability across business units and regions.
• Provide independent visibility into business-unit, contract and project profitability.
• Lead banking, lender, investor and financing relationships.
• Own procurement governance, delegated financial authorities and financial policy.
• Partner with COO on billing readiness, receivables and working-capital improvement.

DECISION AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Set finance policies and controls within Board/CEO-approved framework.
• Challenge business cases, budgets, forecasts and investment proposals.
• Control financial approvals in accordance with delegated authorities.
• Recommend funding, treasury and capital-structure decisions.

• Group CEO and Finance & Audit Committee.
• COO and Business Leaders.
• Finance Business Partners across businesses/regions.
• CLCO on contracts/compliance; CTIO on technology investments.
• EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP PROFILE
• Senior finance leadership in multi-business technology/infrastructure environments.
• Strong FP&A, treasury, control, tax and commercial-finance capability.
• Experience with project economics, recurring revenue and working capital.
• Board/investor/banking credibility; relevant professional finance qualification strongly preferred.
