Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Willers Solutions

Job Description

• We are looking to hire a CFO to lead the company from a financial perspective. You will work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company fiscal and regulatory matters. To do well in this role you should have experience as a CFO in a company with complex financials and an extensive balance sheet.

Job Description

• Drive the company’s financial planning.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
• Experience with corporate governance.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• CPA is a strong advantage
