Job Description

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to achieve business goals and drive growth.
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and other departments.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies to support operational needs and investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Provide financial analysis and support for business decisions, investments, and potential acquisitions or partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, annual reports, and regulatory filings.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, specifically base station operations and financial dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies and drive financial performance.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing financial risks and implementing robust internal controls.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing finance teams.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on long-term financial sustainability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
