Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead and oversee the finance and accounting functions across multiple businesses within our Group.
• The Senior Financial Controllerwill be responsible for providing strong financial leadership, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management across the Group’s diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and accounting operations across multiple businesses within the Group
• Consolidate group financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure strong internal controls, financial discipline, and compliance across all entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control at the group level.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits, tax matters, and regulatory filings for the Group.
• Supervise and develop finance and accounts teams across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with proven multi-business or group finance exposure.
• Demonstrated experience handling finance and accounts for multiple entities within a group structure.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Requires hands-on leadership and operational discipline.
