Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Kloudopp Limited into its next phase of growth and impact. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling startups, driving revenue growth, securing strategic investments, and forging meaningful partnerships. This role requires a strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to align our business strategy with our mission of transforming education in Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for Kloudopp Limited, ensuring Agyl becomes a leading EdTech platform in Africa.
• Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue streams by identifying and implementing monetization strategies, optimizing sales channels, and expanding market reach.
• Investment & Fundraising: Secure funding and strategic investments to fuel business growth and expand Agyl’s impact across schools and learning institutions.
• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, corporate sponsors, and investors.
• Product & Market Expansion: Oversee product development, ensuring Agyl remains innovative, competitive, and aligned with the evolving needs of the African education sector.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain a high-performance culture, optimizing operational processes, financial management, and business development efforts.
• Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthen Kloudopp’s brand presence and thought leadership in the EdTech space, advocating for policies that drive digital transformation in education.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or senior executive in a fast-growing technology or EdTech company.
• Strong background in business development, investment raising, and revenue growth strategies.
• A deep understanding of the African education landscape, digital learning, and the impact of technology in education.
• Demonstrated success in securing partnerships, funding, and high-value collaborations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, scalability, and market penetration for Agyl.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for education and technology-driven solutions.
