Under the authority of the Managing Director, you will manage and coordinate all commercial activities (import and export) to ensure that the service level meets customer expectations in compliance with the group's interests.
Develop commercial activities in accordance with the objectives set by the group
Organize and lead sales teams to monitor the customer portfolio and identify growth opportunities .
Develop and maintain an import/export commercial action plan and implement management tools to monitor the performance of the SALES TEAM
Manage the commercial network directly and transversally, respecting commercial objectives and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Promote services to customers and prospects
Identify traffic and monitor performance.
Regularly analyze market statistics and report to general management and teams based at headquarters.
Define the sales strategy, KPIs, implement campaign; Monitor opportunities and pipelines to meet the budget.
Requirements
You hold a Postgraduate Degree (+5 years) in commerce, marketing, and have at least 8 years of professional experience in similar roles in maritime transport or transport in an interational environment.
You demonstrate high motivation, complete autonomy, and leadership, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You are customer-oriented and have the ability to adapt to change and bring innovation to the company.
You possess strong analytical skills and a good understanding of commercial and marketing processes.
You have a good understanding of CMA CGM Group policies and procedures.
You are fluent in English and proficient with computer tools.
