Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative and experienced Chef to oversee kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with both continental and local dishes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare delicious meals according to the lounge’s menu and standards
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and cleanliness
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely procurement of ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• •ollaborate with management on menu planning and special events.

Requirements & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a restaurant or lounge
• Excellent knowledge of continental and Nigerian cuisine
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Must maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen
• Must reside within or near Lekki.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
