Job Description

• Developing menus and creating new dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Managing inventory and ordering food and supplies as needed.
• Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure quality and consistency.
• Training and managing kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including managing kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Monitoring food costs and implementing cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality.
• Developing and implementing food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.
