    Description

    • Menu design and adherence to budgeted cost of sales
    • Ability to prepare and display approved menu (with emphasis on quality, taste & variety) to meet customer satisfaction.
    • Efficient product Mix with at least 10 low-cost products below 35 %.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
