Responsibilities
We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will do the following task:

• Prepare and cook meals according to set standards
• Plan menus and manage food portions
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Monitor food stock and minimize waste
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a First Schooln Leaving Certificate.
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Knowledge of local and continental dishes is an added advantage
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
