Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or catering establishment.
- Food handling or hygiene certification is mandatory.
- Additional training in international cuisines, pastries, or specialized diets is an advantage.
- Experience managing a kitchen team and maintaining kitchen operations.
