Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry to prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent food standards, and ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to the restaurant\'s recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, and cooking equipment.
• Monitor food inventory and report shortages or wastage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• B.Sc. or HND.
• Good knowledge of local and continental cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
