Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide range of local and international meals.
• Ensure food preparation meets hotel standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, inventory control, and kitchen cost management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills in both local and continental cuisine.
• Excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
• Must live within close proximity to Lekki Phase One.
