Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and recipes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in the development and planning of menu items
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience working as a Cook in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus
