Chartered Accountant at Ralds & Agate

About the Role

• We’re a growing real estate company in Lagos seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA) with 5–6 years’ experience to manage finance operations, statutory reporting and support commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory filings and audit requirements
• Reconcile accounts and manage payroll processes
• Support pricing, project accounting and cost control for developments
• Improve finance processes and ERP/accounting system use

Requirements

• Chartered qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent)
• 5–6 years post-qualification experience (real estate or related preferred)
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software/ERPs
• Attention to detail, good communication and strong commercial mindset.
