Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a structured change management strategy across plants.
Conduct change readiness assessments, identify resistance, and lead engagement sessions.
Work closely with process engineers and control room operators to shift mindsets towards AI-enabled operations.
Create training content and workshops to increase user adoption of kiln/mill optimizers.
Drive communication and feedback loops between digital teams and plant personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology, Business, or Engineering is required.
A Master's Degree in Change Management, Business Optimization, or a related field with proficiency in STEM is highly desirable.
6+ years of experience in change management for digital transformation or IT/OT projects.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to influence plant-level stakeholders.
Experience in the manufacturing sector (cement, chemical, etc.) is a plus.
