Our client, a Financial Technology organization need qualified individual in the below role: 

Job Title: CEO- Digital Bank 
Sector: Fintech. 

Responsibilities 

• The CEO will work closely with the Board and other group companies to provide strategic leadership to the organization along with overseeing the implementation and steering the organization to its next stage of growth and development.
• Lead the product management function, which is responsible for creating solutions Ownership for formulating business Strategy
• Will be responsible for promoting and managing the culture and best practices
• Oversee operations, credit controls, new product development, and risk management of the organization.
• Closely interact with the Board and will be a part of the decision-making committee on future growth and development of the organization.

 Requirements 

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the financial services sector preferably working with a Fintech
• Proven track record of establishing and scaling up a business from design to implementation preferably at senior management levels.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, risk management, and human resources management.
• Ability to liaison with key stakeholders including, Board members, investors, regulators, bankers, and industry associations
