Cashier / Sales Clerk at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Clerk to join our team at a leading furniture showroom in Lekki. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions efficiently, maintain accurate cash records, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or purchases.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Receive cash, debit, or transfer payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
• Reconcile daily cash and sales reports.
• Support sales staff with price checks, stock information, and general assistance.
• Handle customer complaints or refer complex issues to the manager.
• Assist in stock counting and display arrangement when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Clerk, or Front Desk Attendant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer and POS operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Trustworthy, polite, and customer-oriented.

Salary

• N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
