Job Description

• Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Scan items and ensure pricing is correct, applying discounts or promotions when applicable.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years work experience.
• Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos State.
