Responsibilities

• Process guest payments and transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
• Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment or billing issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports of transactions
• Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of OND Certificate
• Previous experience in a similar role (hospitality industry experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
