Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to handle daily sales transactions and provide excellent customer service in the pharmacy.
• The ideal candidate must be neat, fast, accurate with money, and passionate about customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers promptly and process sales transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, operate POS machine, handle cash, transfers, and balance daily sales.
• Record all sales, expenses, and cash at hand and submit daily sales report.
• Receive, verify, and properly arrange incoming stock and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock, expired, or damaged goods to the Pharmacist.
• Ensure the cashier counter and shop environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist in arranging and displaying products neatly on shelves when not attending to customers.

Requirements

• SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification. Accounting or business background is an advantage.
• 1 year experience as a cashier, sales assistant, or shop attendant (pharmacy or supermarket experience preferred).
• Must be very honest, fast with calculations, and accurate with cash handling.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and basic computer/POS skills.
• Must be neat, polite, honest, and willing to work weekends.
• Must reside within proximity to the work location.
