Cashier at Bonjour Meals Limited

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to join our Port Harcourt operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong integrity, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation sheets, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, cash management, and proper documentation.
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare daily sales summaries, and support account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling cash and records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a cashier, accounts, or finance support role is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash collections, receipts, and disbursements accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation of all transactions with supporting invoices.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel.
• Assist the Accounts Department with reconciliation of sales, expenses, and balances.
• Provide timely updates to management on financial discrepancies or irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with BML’s financial procedures and internal controls.
