Job Summary
- We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals (5-10 years' experience)
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry
- Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation Catering certification is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English.Ability to multitask deadlines
  Strong organizational and attention
  to detail skills
  Knowledge of catering hygiene standards
Specialized Requirements
- Ensure quality compliance of all food items supplied to location
- Maintain unit profitability within budget
- Oversee monthly payroll
- Prevent pilfering and enforce discipline.
