Job Description

• Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation,catering and maintenance services.
• Ensure a high standard of living conditions and safety for all camp residents. 
• Manage and Supervise camp staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels.
• Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly. 
• Ensure Compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in camp management, hospitality or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
