Job Description
Oversee daily camp operations, including accommodation,catering and maintenance services.
Ensure a high standard of living conditions and safety for all camp residents.
Manage and Supervise camp staff, providing training and support as needed.
Coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory levels.
Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure Compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience in camp management, hospitality or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
