Background
On 7th April, 2021, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Economic Growth and Environment EGE unit approved the Building Sustainable Livelihoods (BSL) in Nigeria 72062021CA0002, which provided $2,000,000.00 in grant funds to Nuru Nigeria for a 2-year grant effective 9th April 2021 to 8th April 2023 for the purpose of unlocking the economic potential and improvement of livelihoods of Northern Adamawa communities, building resilience capacities to cope with conflict, environmental, economic, and social shocks, and stressors.
Objectives
The objective of this engagement is to conduct a closeout financial audit of the USAID resources managed by the Nuru Nigeria under the Economic Growth and Environment EGE, Building Sustainable Livelihoods in Nigeria, Cooperative Agreement number 72062021CA0002 for the period January 1, 2022, to 20 May, 2023. (Strictly base on all articles and write ups in respect to all works to be done as stated on the attached Terms of Reference provided by NURU NIGERIA as attached in this tender package)

The opening and examination of tenders is for the purpose of checking whether the tenders are complete and whether the tenders are generally in order.

The subsequent evaluation of the tenders shall be carried out in Yola by an Evaluation Committee made up of representatives of Nuru Nigeria.

Order of arranging documents
Administrative and technical document should be put in the same envelope and marked “Administrative and Technical”
Financial offers should be placed in a different envelop marked “Financial Proposal offer”
All copy placed in a sealed non-identifiable envelope.
This sealed non-identifiable envelope shall be titled;
“CALL FOR NATIONAL PROPOSAL FOR CLOSEOUT AUDIT OF THE SCHEDULE OF EXPENDITURE OF USAID AWARD MANAGED BY NURU NIGERIA UNDER THE BUILDING SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS ACTIVITY COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NUMBER 72062021CA0002 FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2022, TO May 20th, 2023”
NB: Only bidders that pass Administrative and Technical evaluation will proceed to Financial Evaluation.

Content of Tenders
