    Call Centre Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leads generation (order placing and delivery).
    • Developing and managing a pipeline of retail customers.

    Remuneration :

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Waec,B.sc/HND in any discipline.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Innovative and problem-solving mindset.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using technology, including mobile apps and digital platforms.
    • Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
